JOTA is a journalism company, a reference in Brazilian tax and power content. The company had two separate websites: jota.info for news and jota.pro for exclusive reports for companies.

Having content spread across multiple platforms limited JOTA PRO’s sales opportunities and made it hard to track user behavior. Before the launch, we did research to test key questions about:

  • Consumption habits: How do users consume and use content to make decisions?

  • Key features: Users were able to find and read the content of posts easily, using navigation, search and editorials

  • Unification: Do users value the possibility of accessing free and paid content on a single platform?
